One of the most popular benefits to life at Royal Ridge is our award winning landscape and top notch lawn care maintenance. From mowing and edging, mulching, pruning, turf care, etc., our contracted landscape partner assumes this responsibility, under the oversight of the management team. These services are included in the monthly assessment and provide a wonderful benefit for our residents.

 

Additionally, residents have the option to request free consultations, proposals for extra landscape services, landscape designs, etc., simply by calling or visiting the Association office.

 

Additionally, snow removal services in Royal Ridge are first rate. When inclement winter weather coats our streets and walkways, you will find our contractors on site, assuring safe passage for our residents.
