Established in 1997, Royal Ridge was designed with care-free living in mind. During the winter months, our dedicated team handles all snow and ice removal of the roadways, driveways and sidewalks.

 

At home or away, Royal Ridge offers residents peace of mind with 24/7 security. Our gatehouse is manned by a professional security force that knows each resident by name.  All guests and service providers must be announced when entering the community.  Our on-site Management Team also offers residents a complete range of concierge services, including house checks, mail and package collection and forwarding, and the ability to address many unforeseen contingencies when homeowners are away.

 

Royal Ridge residents can choose from a broad range of amenities. While enriching the living environment, our clubhouse, pool and fitness facilities provide a casual venue for homeowners to meet and form lasting friendships.

 

Our community is governed by a homeowners' board and supported by an active committee system. Day-to-day management is handled by our on-site team, consisting of two site managers and a full-time maintenance engineer.
